LAST WEEK'S MESSAGE

Chris Neal - December 17, 2017

On Mission - Missional People are CALLED

On Mission

Even though we must be totally dependent on God to accomplish his mission in the world, God expects us to not only look for ways he is working, but to make ourselves available to the way God decides to work in any given place and time. Sometimes God’s strategy might not even make sense to us, but God knows that timing, sequence, and the way something is done might be crucial to the way others might receive the message of God’s kingdom.

Scripture References: Acts 10:1-48, Acts 11:1-30

From Series: "On Mission"

When someone chooses to follow Jesus, they must understand what it means to be “on mission” – sent into the very places we find ourselves each day. We must have certain perspectives and attitudes that allow us to see relationships differently and to live into the missional calling that each of us has. This is an adventure that moves us with hope and vision into the very spaces we find ourselves in each day.
